And now we have a situation where users like Unicus are allowed to be CRITICAL(nothing wrong with that BTW) of another user and make threats(that is a problem). But if for example, I choose to make comments critical of, in this case Surfeur, I am slammed for it. Can you say DOUBLE STANDARD!!!!!! This was all sooo predictable. Skip  | | | ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!!

Again, nobody said you couldn't be critical. You can be as critical as you like...you just have to do it in a polite and civil manner. I honestly don't see the problem with that. Then this where you simply have NOT bothered to read and COMPREHEND what I have said. Let me SPELL IT OUT for you. Skip Skip, Would you please stop , those stupid “WAR” your point of view are just about one person, You don’t like surfeur, yes or no? I don’t want to know it, but you don’t know him, if someone disagree the rules that’s is right, and I understand that he would not finish the translation that’s also is right , that doesn’t meant that he not respect people he just meant disagree and that’s all. I understand perfectly that’s he working 90% on the translation that’s meant also is interest to Invelos. As I said in my post to Skip, which I got a red mark for btw  , I have told surfeur51 that it comes off as whining at times. As far as I am concerned, as long as he isn't being insulting, he can continue to beat that horse until it rots. | | Posted: | | | | So to come back to the subject of the post, I think to make a good job, the first thing is to have a list of people that are agree to participate and maybe with a short description of what they want/can do. After I think to avoid the overwriting of some part by several people who could translate the same part, we should divide the work in several part with each people has the responsibility of the translation of it. After that each people will read the translation of others to give some remarks to improve/correct some mistakes. Because we can't have a cvs like in programmation. We could use the system of correction/working in team of Word but I think everybody don't have MS Word on their computer. So I think it could be the best meaning to work but if someone has some suggestion or ideas to do it, he is welcome  | | | Regards
