| Posted: | | | | I recently bought a new PC and had to re-install (and pay for) a new copy of DVD Profiler. I'm upset enough about having to pay for a permanent key twice, but now I have no access to my online profiler list of more than 700 DVDs. I'd like to know how I can access that list to re-install it into my new program. I tried to get my original key from you guys and wasn't able to get it. |

| Posted: | | | | You shouldn't have had to pay for the program twice. Given you mentioned you had to buy another license and you don't have access to your online collection, I'm guessing the issue is that you have an existing (older) account and you didn't sign in with that user name.
If you sign in with your original username you should be able to retrieve your license information by going to the Registration -> My Registration from the menu at the top of the site.
If you still have your original PC (or HDD), open DVDProfiler. From the file menu, go to Tools -> Registration Information... Select, View your Unlimited Registration Key and you can view your registration details which could be moved to your new computer. |
