| Posted: | | | | I have 4.0 lifetime. Everytime I try to add a movie to my collection, I get the Invalid Floating Point error. I cancel out that window and then it takes the addition but my collection show 1024 but this does not agree with my number that shows on my report list.
I just tried to add Robin Hood 2018 BD version and it shows that already have it by collection # 864. When I view the list 864 is not there and it is not correct because #864 would be a much earlier movie. Evidently something is bad wrong with this software. I have owned DVDProfiler for a long time and never had any problems with it until now...….
I have reported this problem by forwarding the error window etc to invelos at least 8 times with no answer.

| Posted: | | | | You posted the same thing a week ago. Did you look at the suggestions you got there? If not, here they are again: Quote: Two things: - Run a database repair if you haven't already done that. (Tools/Options/Utilities) - FAQ entry regarding Floating point error:
Quote: Floating Point Error, or missing text on buttons. You're experiencing either a floating point error at program startup, AND/OR missing text on some or all of the buttons in DVD Profiler.
Answer: This is usually caused by a missing or corrupted Tahoma font. The Tahoma font is a standard Windows font that is installed by default on all versions of Windows from 95 and up.
You can download the tahoma font here. Download and open the file to install it. Alternatively, open the Fonts section of the Windows Control Panel and install it via that interface.
This error can also be caused by a corrupted online profile list file. To correct this, from DVD Profiler's main menu, select Online->Refresh Online Profile List while holding CTRL. If you have done that, say so. Don't make us guess ... | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | My DVD Profile software still does not work. I get floating point error and it will not find DVD, Blue Ray movie tops even though they are definitely in the data base. I get error window to send error message to support and I send it in fact I have sent it about 30 times and do not get any thing from support. I have tried everything suggested. I have even deleted the software and reinstalled it and that does not help.
What good is this program if it does not work properly. I have over 1,000 movies in my database and when it does find a new movie I am trying to add it assigns a number that is already in my collection.
This used to work perfectly but now I am very unhappy with it. I have a lifetime key and expect someone to at least e-mail me from support so we an get this problem worked out.
Thanks Is there a phone number I can call...…….. | | | I AM A LIFETIME MEMBER AND I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY DVDPROFILE SOFTWARE PROGRAM. I tried re-installing the Tahoma font and refreshing the profile list but I'm still getting a "not responding" message when I try to add something. I''m able to add a few titles at a time before it stops responding then I have to clt-alt-delete then run the repair utility. I've uninstalled it, re-installed it, but I'm still having problems. It's ran flawlessly up until the last few days. BTW, I've not added anything new nor have I added any new hardware and I'm running Win10 x-64. Any help would be appreciated. |

| Posted: | | | | Windows is notorious for jamming up the works when an update is pending, due to DLLs or system files that have pending changes. Check for that. Reboot your PC and apply the updates. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. |
