Missing media Types iPad version

On my iPhone I can see six media types in the browse section. On my iPad I can see only three. The missing media types on the ipad version: 4K Ultra HD, 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray/DVD.
They exist on the iPhone version. A mistake?
