| Posted: | | | | This could be entirely PEBCAK, but I can't figure out what's going on.
I won a Blu-ray from a website giveaway and I want to enter that information on the personalize DVD screen.
I check the box for "Gift" "Purchase Place" changes to "Gift From" as I would expect. The cursor focuses on the field next to "Gift From" as I would expect. I try entering information in the field and nothing happens. Typing in that field doesn't work. Pasting information from the clipboard doesn't work. All the other fields work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
