If you set  "High-res Thumbnails" to off. it asks to rebuild the Thumbnails. If you touch the screen while it's rebuilding it cancels the rebuild.

If after rebuilding you turn it back to High-res, it asks to rebuild again. After the rebuild the images are still low res (not a surprise since you can't convert low quality back to high).
- Should not do a rebuild since it can't do anything?

If I do a database refresh high quality images are not downloaded.
If I change the image size, high quality images are not downloaded.

If syncing from DVD Profiler there is a button on the screen where you start the sync for more options. Select that and there is a "cover images screen with choices for Front image, back image (don't think that works), and max size.

But it may only work if you set it before the first sync, or it may not work at all. I'm not sure but changing it after you have done a sync has no effect as far as I can tell.
