All of a sudden I can't enter my personal information for discs that I'm adding to my collection. All I get is "counts as ..." with no place to enter my information. Anyone have any ideas?

When you enter a new DVD there are two boxes on the bottom left Add DVDs to Collection page:
1) Download profile from Invelos
2) Prompt for personalization

Is the 2nd box ticked? If not, check this box and see if that fixes your problem.

If that didn't work you might want to do a database repair. I do this regularly in addition to doing it any time I have a problem: Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profile Database.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions. The 2nd box is checked and I tried the database repair which didn't solve the problem.

Once the DVD is added to your collection, when you double-click the name and then go down to the Personal Information tab, what do you see?

Are areas grayed out? Are they missing altogether?
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.

Everything is gone except for the line "Counts as...". None of the usual boxes to enter your personal info are there.

Open the screen where you can't enter the data.

Press ALT+Print (upper right side of the keyboard)

Press WIN+R

Type "mspaint" -> OK

Press CTRL+V.

Save the image (preferrably as JPG)

It looks like the entry is part of a custom collection type.  To control what entries display on the personalize screen, visit Tools->Edit Collection Categories.  Select the category and check the proper options to the right.

On the top of your database right click on the All Owned Ordered Wish List area.

This will open a window > click on Other > click on Edit Collection Categories.
