omg so hubby was messing around with MY list and now when i look at a dvd the cover picture is missing. the picture on the list is there, its the pic all the way over to the right thats gone. since i am only two weeks in using this program i dont know how to get it back. could someone please give me some help. also some of my movies that i have added manually wont even bring up anything on the movie, the title is in the list, i click on it and its like its not there. Is this because i havnt added it to the online list? i havnt added them because they are just bare minimum of information, just the name and pic of cover. how can i fix this? any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

You should be able to find a familiar layout by clicking on the View menu and then Load Layout.

I only have the free version, when i go to load either four of the layouts it asks for a registration key. if this layout is because its a free version, ive had way over 50 dvds and i could still see the cover over on the right. Now the picture is gone.

Here are two things you can try:

1) a database repair:  Tools / Options / Utilities / Repair Profile Database. Do a full database repair.

2) Online / Refresh All Images.

Good luck!

In that case, maybe only the window was closed, those 'x' are small, but nasty.
Go to "View -> Windows" and look if "Front Image" and "Back Image" at the end are checked.
