You can see by this screen capture - I am missing a disc title ..  I even ran disc repair foor a second look and it is still the same ..  what is missing ???    what can be done if this has happened to others here?

One of these titles has a "count as" of 2 instead of 1.

Did you change the locality for one of them? Last time I had a ghost profile it was because of that...

But from what I remember mine disapeared after I did flag all and unflag the profiles...

If after a database repair it still shows 6, then it is probably the "count as" as Karsten said.

this is the answer I already have Anatomy as a regular DVD  and with this Blue ray coming .. I made the change to 2 instead of one ( titles of the same ) and that then boosted the order list from 5 to 6 ..

seems to me this could be a minor bug that may be looked at in future editions of Profiler..

What bug?

You said to count one of the discs twice and it did.  Sounds like the program is working as designed.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!

He's not completely wrong. Ever since the "Count As" feature was introdcued I've hated it that the number on the tab and below after "filtered:" suddenly shows the accumulated "count as" number instead of the number of actually filtered profiles.

The program works as designed but the design makes no sense IMHO.

Yes I am partly/ mostly  at wrong here ..

I have a multiude of duplicate titles ( 57 in total) .. of which I have them all databased with its own ID  or UPC and artwork .. and I then have them counted as two .. which in effect took that One title  and made it a double.. In other words - I May have 3  versions of Wizard of Oz and I have  ( had ,, have since fixed everything this morning) ,, I had these all marked as three copies  .. which then made it a total of nine.. !

so have removed all the doubles and triples  and will just relay on sorting to find all duplicates ..

You could also create a manual box set, and set the "Count As" on the box to 0.
