By clearing out all the filters to zero and seeing my collection at the number it should be.. I then go into the filter and click on a tag I manually installed .. but instead of i.e. 7 titles it reads 11 ..  even though there are 7readable titles there both under all or main .. If I use another tag instead of 47 it reads 58 ..  any other tags are  into the 100's and I can't be bothered to count those until I get this area fixed .. 

How can I see where  these titles are located .. I tried to do a simple report with these 47  titles flagged and the program locked  up tighter than a drum and crashed .....


Ideas?

Also pay attention to the And / Or buttons below.  Perhaps you're doing the opposite of what you think you're doing.

"Count as" could be off. The "Filtered:" always shows the sums of the Count as, not the actual number of profiles you see.
Right-click anywhere in the collection-list and choose "View Columns -> Count as" and look was those numbers tell you.
