Hi. I just purchased a registration for $29.99

However, when I try to post in the forums I get this error:

Only premium registrations or users with an active subscription may post in the main community forums.

We have created a forum specifically for new users who haven't yet purchased a registration. Please visit the New Users Forum, in which you may post freely.[/b][/i]

So...what happened here? I just paid to become a premium member...

And when I try to contribute to the online database (one of the main reasons I actually paid for this software) I get this error:

Your account email address (********@gmail.com) is not eligible to contribute.
Generally, free email systems such as hotmail are restricted from contributing. Premium registratnts are exempt from this restriction.
To change your email address, visit the My Profiler section.[/b][/i]

Say what? Gmail is one of the most popular and professional e-mail services available..I can understand Hotmail and its spam-filled interface, but Gmail...what?!

Yes, I entered the key in DVDP. And my key is listed on my profile on the website under "My Registrations".

Nope, I still get the same errors both when trying to contribute and when trying to post in the forums.

I can't even edit my forum posts :S

Clear your Browser Cache and delete cookies. Login again.
