| Posted: | | | | When I was accessing My Profiler webpage I got an error message that My Online Collection was empty and I need to upload my collection. My Profiler had been working for me yesterday September 13th.
When I try and reupload my collection I get a error message in DVD Profiler that says HTTP/1.1 404 not found.
Does DVD Profiler 2.4 still work? Or is this related to the move to the invelos new server? |

| Posted: | | | | LOL, well since we are in version 3.5 and preparing to move to 3.6...what do you think. 2.4 was a LOOOOOOONG time ago and is no longer supported. Now warning there have been some changes since 2.4, so I suggest tha you have a look here, it is not the same degree of freeware tht it once was, my suggestion to you and I know many more will agree is to spend the $30 and upgrade to the Full Profiler. | Posted: | | | | I'm willing to bet that it's due to the upgrade to the new server. The legacy InterVocative.com links on the home page now direct to Invelos.com
It could be that Invelos is no longer supporting 2.4. It could be that it was an oversight in the server move.
But upgrading to the most recent version? Dude, 3.5 smokes 2.4. If you reply to hem & haw about upgrading, everyone in the past who has done so eventually upgraded and praised the new version. |

Whether it is intentionally or simply an oversight only Ken can answer, but 2 and a half year after the Intervocative/Invelos-Switchover I wouldn't be surprised if it was is the former rather then the latter. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

| Posted: | | | | www.intervocative.com is supposed to redirect to www.invelos.com. That's why the links on the front page go to legacy.intervocative.com. This behavior is unchanged.
However, legacy.intervocative.com got moved to the new IP in error. It was moved back earlier today, but propagation may be incomplete.
*EDIT* you may need to clear your browser cache and restart your browser as well. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative | | | Last edited: by Ken Cole |

*EDIT* you may need to clear your browser cache and restart your browser as well. If I ping legacy.intervocative.com/, I get 74.53.166.114. However, it is still redirecting to http://75.125.61.130/ if I visit the IP or the domain. ETA: I've flushed my Firefox cache and restarted the browser too. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

This behavior is unchanged. Sorry, my bad. I meant "legacy.intervocative.com". Typing this in results now in a blank window with "http://75.125.61.130/" in the adress-line. The links on the Invelos frontpage show the same behaviour. Results as of today using Opera 10. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! Thanks for the help. |

I am glad that the problem was resolved and, on a side note, I think it is very cool that Ken has kept that site up for those that didn't want to transfer over to the new version.
