| Posted: August 10, 2009 5:53 PM | | | | Hi I upgraded my HTC Diamond 2 form WM 6.1 to WM 6.5. I have tried 3 different "Versions" from XDA-developers, none works. They all have cf 3.5. Same error if I install 2.0.
Help please? jstrandl
Here is my error message: ------------------------ DVD Profiler Mobile.exe EndOfStreamException

| Posted: August 30, 2009 4:06 PM | | | | I've a Topaz (DiamondII), with a french cooked WM6.5 rom, and it works fine.
It was already installe on PC, and I just installed DVD Profile Mobile (not .NET CF) on PPC.
Cheers,
Olivier. |

DVDP Mobile on. But, as mentioned, getting the exact same error as jstrandl Uninstalled & reinstalled DVDP Mobile, but with .NET CF deselected. When I then tried to run DVDP Mobile, got the following error: DVD Profiler Mobile.exe NotSupportedException at Microsoft.AGL.Common.MISC.HandleAR() at Microsoft.Windows.CE.Forms.Inputpanel.ctor() at DVD_Profiler_Mobile.frmStartup.InitializeComponent() at DVD_Profiler_Mobile.frmStartup..ctor() at DVD_Profiler_Mobile.frmStartup.Main() I note that Leo suggests uninstalling compact .NET & DVDP Mobile, then reinstalling them. If I were to uninstall compact .NET, what would be some repercussions to uninstalling that, just so that I can install an older version of compact .NET that DVDP Mobile is looking for? Would downgrading cause other problems with other software that's installed? Thanks in advance. |

If I had known that it would have been a no brainer as to your issue. Please check and search the forums before posting a question.
At the end of the day I'm glad it is working for you. You will find it to be a great app for your Window Mobile device. |

I did see on your product description that Windows Mobile 6 Professional or Classic are indeed supported, but not Windows Mobile 6 Standard. I thought maybe that the WM 6 Standard might've come out after that page was last modified, and that it might still work with Standard. But in any case, I didn't bother to check that out until after I had bought my Ozone - that'll teach me . Bummer, but thanks again for clarrifying that. |
