| Posted: | | | | I installed DVD Profiler Mobile 1.1.0 build 122 on my new ATT Tilt phone (HTC-8900) no problem, however when I try to sync using DVD Profiler 3.1.1 Build 1171 I get an error - 'JPEG error #67'.
I've checked and the phone is running Windows Mobil 6 with the .Net framework included in the rom. According to Microsoft's website, any application developed for WM5 should work.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same error.
Am I missing something or should this work ? What am I doing wrong ?
Thanks for the help and such a good product ! |

| Posted: | | | | I am running on an HTC TyTN II without any problems - and as far as I know it's the same phone (why rebranding is legal is beyond me, but I guess anything to confuse consumers to avoid having to compete on actual products increase shareholder value).
You might have a corrupt image file (for example a 0 byte file) for one of your covers? | | | Regards Lars |

| Posted: | | | | I have the same phone as you and haven't had any issues. If none of the images are bad as Imoellb said, try rebuilding your thumbnails (right-click on the view as icons button and select the rebuild option).
Also try changing the compression ratio for the images in the sync menu. |

I checked and I had a bad thumbnail for King Kong. Rebuilding the thumbnails didn't help. I removed and then re-added the DVD to my collection and the sync worked! |

| Posted: | | | | Bad images would account for the other 5%. They aren't part of the database and thus any problems with them wouldn't be fixed by a db repair. |
