| Posted: | | | | Hello - I have recently moved and have bought a laptop. I have dvd-profiler 2.4 on a different laptop in a different house, now I would like to have it on my new laptop. How to do so when I am told that my premium registration key is no longer valid? It is causing some headaches 'cause I was told that the premium registration key has unlimited life. . If you know what I mean? So what on earth can I do? |

| Posted: | | | | You should upgrade (for free!) to version 3.1 rather than jumping through hoops to get version 2.4. Unless you're unable to run 3.1. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | Everything is sorted out now - I actually managed to figure it out all by myself. (To be honest I was almost unable to find back to where I had left my query). But now I am curious - I have one dvd which shows in my online collection - but not in the local collection. How come it won't download along with all the other films? I simply wonder |

| Posted: | | | | on top of the collection list you have 4 tabs in my case this is - all (845) - owned (843) - ordered (0) - wish list (2) when owned tab is selected it will only show the owned and not those in ordered and wish list same choice exist in the online view. So if there is selected all and local owned you could have differences in what you see local and online. | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted. | Posted: | | | | Hello guys, just to let you know that the solution to my 'problem' was simply that the parental lock was switched on in the local collection - which is why this one film never showed up there. I still find it bizarre - but at least problem is completely gone. So thank you for helpful hints. :-) |
