| Posted: | | | | Successfully managed to install the DVD Mobile software. Only problem with the Install was the newer version of NET CF already on my mobile. I didn't want to uninstall the version that comes with the phone. After the sync, I get an error on the DVD Mobile main executable and the program won't even start. |

| Posted: | | | | This is at the present and a patch might be up and coming??? Hate to think I finally managed to upgrade phones and not have my DVD Mobile work. It's getting harder and harder to find movies I don't ave or seen. |

| Posted: | | | | I use a O2 XDA Neo, its a Smartphone too....and the Mobile Profiler works great. I would try to install the NET CF over the installed. If it doestnt work after that, you can restore your dash. |

Not sure how long you had you Dash and if you can return it but I know the T-Mobile Wing works great (that's what I use) |

Thats the thing. I just dropped 2 bills for the phone. The wing is another 100 give or take. My opnion is that with all the folks that have bought the DVDPM license, there should be a version for both touch screens and smartphones. Might even bring in more people to purchase it if there was. |

| Posted: | | | | The O2 XDA Neo isn't a smartphone - it's a pda phone. What makes this hard is that pda phones are frequently called smartphones, and microsoft keeps changing names. Newer Smartphones run windows mobile standard, while pda phones run windows mobile professional, and pdas run windows mobile classic. The latter two are full PDAs and work with DVD Profiler Mobile. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

Hi Ken -- the brand new AT&T/HTC Tilt smartphone uses Windows Mobile 6 Professional and has hardware keyboard and touch screen keyboard for input. Would appreciate it if you'd take a look at that link and let me know whether your software works on it. Thanks! |

| Posted: | | | | Mark,
Apparently only if your mobile device has a touch screen. If its like mine (a hard key device) then no. I can't get a confirm or deny that a version for the hard key devices is even in the works. All I have heard is change devices, upgrade your mobile device. Don't mean to sound like I am knocking the product, DVDPM is pretty damn kewl. With what I am sure is nation wide participation, most likely world wide participation at $18.50 a pop for a license, I am reasonably sure one could be devised. |

| Posted: | | | | I have a PPC, HTC TyTN II with WM pro 6. I also got the message "never versjon of 2.0 already installed, needs to be removed". I ignored the removal and install of older 2.0, and installed DVD profiler which works fine, but the prosess removed Microsoft Voice Command.
I reinstalled Voice Command, took a soft reset, and now both work fine. Any idea why I can't sort by genre on DVDPM? | | | Last edited: by zmn |

| Posted: | | | | I'm using on a kaiser (HTC unbranded tilt) and its fine.
When it asked me what I wanted to install i unticked the V2.0 framework.
It all works fine.
