I just ordered from Amazon.com a documentary DVD "Ingrid Bergman Remembered" (part of "The Hollywood Collection", released by Janson Media). This release has TWO UPCs on back cover(!), see following scan. Neither of those is a sticker of any kind, there really is two separate UPCs printed on cover.

Any opinions about which one to go with if I were to contribute this (it's not in master database yet)?

IMHO the UPC on the right hand side seems to be the correct one. I'm a little bit perplex about the number above the bar code of the UPC on the left? I cannot find this kind of bar code in my collection. But this is only my personal desperate attempt to explain this...

As the first one is EAN-13, the following country code applies:
978 = Bookland (ISBN)

Therefore I would go with the second one.

The one on the right is the UPC

The number on the left is an ISBN.

This link could shed some light also: http://www.janson.com/dvd/show_title.php?pid=20347

It's listed there as this:

UPC #: 6-4603203479-0
ISBN #: 1-56839-242-7

Great, thanks everyone for the responses! I have quite a few U.S. releases so the one on the right "looked" right to me, too. First time I see ISBN printed alongside UPC on a DVD cover!

What better way to spend friday evening than watching a TV documentary and contributing to DVD Profiler...

I'm kind of curious as to why it even has one.  Did it come with a book of some kind?

No, it's a perfectly regular DVD release, except the case is a very slim cardboard sleeve (I don't even know yet what cover type I should choose for it when contributing, have to check out the options...).

It's about as wide as a slimcase, but this is made of cardboard, no lock mechanism of any kind, only plastic part on it is the normal disc holder glued on inner back cover.

A single disc digipack? I've seen a couple of discs that came like that. The standard plastic digipack tray stuck to a folded piece of cardboard.

That's it, yes. All my other digipak-releases (otherwise similar, but with normal width) have an extra slipcase around them, so it didn't occur to me immediately. I contributed the cover as digipak.
