| Posted: | | | | Hello! I have updated the DVDProfiler from 2.5 to 3.0.3. Build 1136. If I want to make a backup, the backup stops ~by 50% with an error message "00:21:11" is not a valid time! Could anyone help me whats wrong in my Database? Thanks at all |

| Posted: | | | | Maybe you should try a "Database Repair" before making the backup. |

| Posted: | | | | Sounds like a problem with one of your dates in the profiles (e.g. purchase date). Try backing up half of your collection. If that works, backup half of what's left. Keep going until the backup fails. Then, backup half of the failed selection. Keep going. By using this method of backing up fewer and fewer profiles, you should be able to zoom into a small enough collection of profiles that you can go through them individually and find the problem profile.
Of course, I could be completely wrong, but anything talking about invalid dates tends to be something like that. | | | This is a sig... ... ... yay...
Don't understand? Maybe DVDProfilerWiki.org does! |

| Posted: | | | | Hi, I've enter something like 20 DVD for testing the program, I've upload it online and it worked perfectly. Then I enter all my DVD in the program and now I've just bought my licence. And try to upload my entire collection, and I got the same error: it say "00.00.0000" is not a valid date, and the upload freeze and it doesn't work. There is a similar error message when I wanna "lend" a DVD (but after it work like nothing was wrong), there is also a similar error when I wanna save the database...
Very frustrating, the try version work but when I buy it, it doesn't work anymore !
Please help us ! |

| Posted: | | | | One thing to try is to export your collection to an XML file. Then open up the file in Notepad or Internet Explorer and search for that string to find out what profile it's attached to. |

| Posted: | | | | finally I find how to solve it. I had to clear all the loan and the loan history.
And the the online upload and the db saving work perfectly.
After I try to enter a loan again and it work also (upload and sav).
But finally I found the exact problem, it that you cannot make a loan and clear the date (like you don't wanna chose a return date) you must choose a date or it will make a problem. That it !
Now you can try to patch it, like make an error message if you don't choose a date or make it works without a date. |

| Posted: | | | | Think this solve only the problem with the invalid Date. I delete all the lan and lan history, I scroll through my records and nothing is prombt there is a mistake in the records. The valid time error is still there if I want to backup the database. The error message poped up with "00:00:00" if I want to backup only one marked record. I implemended the plug in to export the data in a csv file and all the data seems to be correct. Need your help!!!!! |
