The "88" Sequence

I have input over 160 DVDs using the EAN with perfect results.  However, whenever I attempt to input any title which begins with the numbers "88," while the title is recognised, I receive an error advising "unable to download file - continue anyway?"  This error is (so far) exclusive to titles starting with the 88 sequence.  I am not using net filtering or firewall software on this PC.  Has anybody else experienced this problem?

Just tried three from the list and they downloaded for me.

A couple of long shots. Try repairing the database and also try the alternative internet connection.

Repaired the d/base before I wrote to support/the forum and also tested on an older PC which uses a dial up connection - same error (although unregistered version of the software on that one).  Tried the alternative internet connection as advised - same error.

Try creating a new database and download those profiles.

If they still don't download, hell, time to call Scooby Doo!

support had advised me of that one to begin with, so yes, I already tried it with the same error.

do note that it will download the title - which is to state that it does recognise it when I enter the number, but when I select to download to my owned DVDs, the aforementioned error is produced.  this error, for me at least, is absolutely exclusive to DVDs with the 88 sequence.

I have the Dark Waters special edition myself and was able to add it with no problems.
It seems very odd that it only affects 88 barcodes.
Are you sure there's nothing running in the background that could interfere with your network connection?
