| Posted: | | | | I hope someone can help me with this.
Last night I opened the program and found that my collection listing window is blank, although it knows the number of DVDs I own and have in my wishlist. I have no idea why its doing that. I installed the updated version, and the problem is persisting.
Any ideas?

| Posted: | | | | Hope you made a backup - if so, simply load it.
If not, hope you uploaded your collection - if so, sync it from there to your local copy and then refresh the images.
If not, I hope you have a CueCat. |

| Posted: | | | | Is your database maybe not the default? Try File > Open Database and check if several databases are listed there, or use Browse to browse to your database...
Edit: Ahem, my post was nonsense. I just saw, that your database still knows the number of entries, so it can't be a second database... | | | Last edited: by detlefs |

| Posted: | | | | If Profiler is still correctly reporting the number of DVDs, it sounds like a display problem. Trying changing layouts or switching off the collection list window off and then back on again. Does the list show up if you change to thumbnails? |

| Posted: | | | | Some of us have had one part of a profile going blank (for me Disc data, for another used Features); maybe it's affected ALL your windows.
Try doing a FULL re-install of the program (you should be able to back up your present version even if you don't have a backup already).
Good luck! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

Nai, you may have already tried this but could there just be some kind of weird filter set that filters all your movies out? Try going to the filter screen and clicking on the "Clear All Filters" button and see if that brings back the list. | | | "Rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men" - Douglas Bader "A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams | | | Last edited: by Vega |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks to all for the advice!
I had tried to correct filters and such previous to my posting, but it was still all good ideas. In the end, I deleted the program from the computer, and reloaded it, and then just imported a saved database file. It worked!
Thanks again!!! |
