| Posted: | | | | I went online Sunday and purchased an activation key. I've got the PayPal receipt, but I was not sent a key! The support tickets are only for the "Paying" customer, and there is no phone number that I can find! Help! |

Help! paypal takes anything from 2 to 4 days. You will only get a registration key after paypal passes on your money. | | | Paul | | | Last edited: by pauls42 |

| Posted: | | | | Yes, if you used eCheck it will take a couple of days. If you send me your information, I can look it up, or you can look again at Paypal. The first message that they send is somewhat misleading.

-Gerri This is something people don't seem to understand. If you use a credit card or your paypal account (if it has funds) it is an instantaneous transaction (or close to it). If you use an eCheck PayPal does not release the money until the "check" clears. This can take 3 - 5 days. In my experience with eBay they usually clear in 2 - 3 days (still don't like when people use them) Perhaps Invelos should note this on the Buy Now page to avoid (or at least help avoid) these type of posts | | | Last edited: by lyonsden5 |

| Posted: | | | | All,
Thanks for the assist...I've sent an e-mail to Gerri. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon.
FYI (for all those who asked) I paid with credit card through Pay Pal. It has been my experience that this time of transaction is immediate. This is now 72 hours later...NEVER had it take this long, and hence my disappointment. I had just set up my second Sony 400 DVD player, and was reorganizing the database. Been meaning to buy the program, but like my DVD player, it had to wait until I found the time.
I am interested in the mobile version...However, I don't see a version for Palm OS v5. Oversight or strictly funding Bill's coffers? I see you support Mac, so.....

I think you're really going to enjoy this program once you get started. You may also want to invest in a CueCat ($10) to scan in the bar codes on the cases for easy entry. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

I think we have added something to the buy it now page that talks about eChecks - or at least some point in the buy process, it now mentions it.
