| Posted: | | | | With all the improvements that the new version of DVD Profiler offers, there one thing that's still annoying to me: the fact that there's no way to differentiate between trailers for the film itself and cross-promotional trailers for other films/DVD releases. For my local database, I still only tick 'trailers' when there is at least ONE trailer or TV Spot that applies to the actual movie on the disc. I usually couldn't care less about cross-promotional trailers - I certainly loathe them when they're forced upon me (for instance: when they play on loading the disc and cannot be skipped). So: Ken, now that there's plenty space to add more features, wouldn't you be willing to split up 'trailers' into two checkboxes, like 'trailers' and 'cross-promotional trailers'?
Edit: to see if others agree with my suggestion; I also decided to turn this post into a poll. | | | Last edited: by T!M |

| Posted: | | | | I'd like this as well, for the same reasons given by the thread starter.
But may I suggest to call the trailer for the movie on the DVD "Original Trailer", as is done quite regularly on the DVD itself? And leave "Trailers" for the rest? | | | Lutz |
