I seriously doubt that there is a way to extend the number of audio tracks. The most number of tracks in my collection is 14, so I never had that problem.

What would I do? I would list the first 16 in the order they appear on disc. Not an ideal solution, but what can you do?

Typically, I use Track 16 as "Other" and document the language/languages it represents in the profile submission.

Here are some 4K examples I have encountered in the past and what I wrote in the profile submission:

Track 16 was listed as "Other" for the following omitted audio tracks:
    Track 16 -->  Spanish (Castilian) - Dolby Digital 5.1
    Track 17 -->  Spanish (Latin American) - Dolby Digital 5.1
    Track 18 -->  Thai - Dolby Digital 5.1
    Track 19 -->  Turkish - Dolby Digital 5.1
    Track 20 -->  Ukranian - Dolby Digital 5.1

•  4K MEN IN BLACK 3 had 17 audio tracks:
There were seventeen (17) audio tracks and DVDP only allows maximum of sixteen (16) tracks.  Track 16 was listed as "Other" for the following omitted audio tracks (all Dolby Digital 5.1):
- Turkey
- Ukraine

•  4K THE BOSS BABY had 17 audio tracks:
There were seventeen (17) audio tracks and DVDP only allows maximum of sixteen (16) tracks.  Track 16 was listed as "Other" for the following omitted audio tracks:
-  VLAAMS (Flemish) - DTS 5.1
-  Mandarin (Chinese) - Dolby Digital 5.1

This is a rare example where I condensed 17 audio tracks down to 16 audio tracks.
•  4K BAD BOYS II had 17 audio tracks:
To accommodate all separate languages, the two Spanish tracks (13 and 14) were amalgamated as follows:
==> "Spanish" tracks (Castilian and Latin American) amalgamated as single "Spanish" track (both were Dolby Digital 5.1) as revised track 13.
==> "Tamil" language was listed as "Other" on the revised track 14 (Dolby Digital Surround).
==> "Telegu" language was listed as "Other" on the revised track 15 (Dolby Digital Surround).
==> "Thai" language was listed as revised track 16.

As long as the Chinese audio formats were all the same, you could condense the three tracks to one, leaving two empty spaces for the audio.

If two Chinese tracks were DD 5.1 and the other Chinese track was DTS 5.1, I would add two Chinese audio tracks, which would still leave space for the commentary track.

I should also point out that when I use Track 16 as "Other", if the various omitted audio tracks have different audio formats then I leave the format as BLANK.

I'll have to go back and look at the table structure of DVDP, but I believe it was set up so each audio track was a separate field in the table.  Meaning each profile had only one record in that table instead of each audio track being a record. Had it been the latter, in theory, a profile could have unlimited audio tracks per profile.
