Good question, it still is awful quite as far as the Cole's (Ken and Gerrie) whereabouts.

| Posted: | | | | On Facebook somebody part of a DVD Profiler User group posted the e-mail address dvdprofiler@invelos.com. I e-mailed that and I assume a few others did as well, so that's probably how it got fixed, could be they didn't know about the problem until today. Or could be a coincidence... Anyway, glad it's back up (and that Ken still lurks around here). |

| Posted: | | | | I see that contributions are being processed and released again as well - the batch of June 26 has been approved. I hope that the earlier contributions that are still pending (from the 21st to the 25th) and that seem to have been skipped for now, will somehow make their way back into the queue, too. |

| Posted: | | | | Weird how it got fixed on July 1st. Almost like, "Okay, new fiscal year. We have the budget to fix it now!" | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that. Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! |

| Posted: | | | | I'm also now seeing this error in my online collection when trying to look at the details for several recent titles. Namely:
The Abyss: Ultimate Collector's Edition 786936-900798
True Lies: Ultimate Collector's Edition 786936-900668
The Shootist: Limited Edition 760137-144885
Older titles that I have added to my collection in the same timeframe (before and after I added some of these) do not seem to have this problem. |

| Posted: | | | | Been posting for this since weeks. You can look for the problem online, but of what i found out that you need technician skills and if i am correct only the IT s from the site itself can solve this.
I have 4 profiles with this probkem and the 1st one is Conan Chronicles Limited Edition.
The problem seems to be random. New profiles added after the james cameron are not having this error. Neither the profiles in between Conan and the 3 james cameron movies. | | | Last edited: by jurgen42u |
