| Posted: | | | | The one I have is 15 characters broken into three sets of five; when I try to enter it into the program registration box, I'm unable to enter the full key.
It should be the equivalent of 12345-ABCDE-67890
The only one I'm permitted to enter is 12345-ABCDE-6789-
As you might be able to see, a hyphen appears where the last character needs to be, so it says the key is invalid. |

Is that the key on your My registrations page? Mine is in the format 12345-ABCDE-6789-FGHI both for desktop and Android! | | | The future is here. It's just not widely distributed yet. (William Gibson) |

| Posted: | | | | As Rander says. For completionist sake: the key can be any sequence of numbers and characters. So formatted like 1A2BZ-C4F9... (etc) is just as well OK.
According to the icons on the left side of your posted message, you're a registered user. So just visit that Invelos registrations webpage... | | | Eric

| Posted: | | | | More by luck than judgement, I realised what I was doing wrong was entering the old key from Intervocative Software, not the DVD Profiler 2 x registration key, the one with an extra set of four characters, as Rander described above.
Thankfully, that issue is now resolved so I can concentrate on the mystery of the disappearing cast and crew! | | | Last edited: by Nosferatu |
