The one I have is 15 characters broken into three sets of five; when I try to enter it into the program registration box, I'm unable to enter the full key.

It should be the equivalent of 12345-ABCDE-67890

The only one I'm permitted to enter is 12345-ABCDE-6789-

As you might be able to see, a hyphen appears where the last character needs to be, so it says the key is invalid.

Is that the key on your My registrations page? Mine is in the format 12345-ABCDE-6789-FGHI both for desktop and Android!

As Rander says. For completionist sake: the key can be any sequence of numbers and characters. So formatted like 1A2BZ-C4F9... (etc) is just as well OK.

According to the icons on the left side of your posted message, you're a registered user. So just visit that Invelos registrations webpage...

More by luck than judgement, I realised what I was doing wrong was entering the old key from Intervocative Software, not the DVD Profiler 2 x registration key, the one with an extra set of four characters, as Rander described above.

Thankfully, that issue is now resolved so I can concentrate on the mystery of the disappearing cast and crew!
