This thread is especially for lazy contributers!

Yesterday I got the box-set, which consists of nine keep cases (each for one season), and totally 31 DVDs. I entered the UPC, got the info about connected child-profiles and downloaded also them (download of totally 40 profiles).

As there were no downloads for Disc-Profiles for season 1, 3, 5 & 9 I created them, and by contributing the box-sets I had to find out that in the online-profile there were allready connected (totally wrong) Disc-IDs and had no idea why my local profiler didn't know and download them. But according to what happened today I could be happy about. Like just mentioned: All connected Disc-IDs were definitely wrong! I only can presume that someone was too lazy to insert every single disc into his/her drive and just used allready existing Disc-Profiles with the same contents. And I am never able to believe that only the box I own has totally different disc-IDs as the ones of anybody else.

Well, all of the 9 seasons in the box are from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (and all profiles wrongly list ABC Studios) and have listed Region 2 (the profiles said 2, 4) on their covers. I didn't technically check, if the regions on the cover or in the existing profiles were correct, but I corrected media company + region according to the cover. For all 9 seasons!

So today I got a message depending on the wrong correction of the media company, including an image which showed me Buena Vista - and a totally different UPC/EAN. Confusion first and then apprehension came up! And no wonder: Also for season 2, 4, 6, 7 & 8 the connected Disc-IDs/Box-Set-Contents were all absolutely wrong!

Very disappointing to find out not only that I had to withdrawn half of the 40 contributions of yesterday - which I spent more than 3 hours for - but to "waste" another hour to correct the Disc-ID for 17 child-profiles and additionally - for sure - their parents, too.

It can't be that I have to control every single profile based on a Disc-ID if the one who created it used the correct one! This way nearlly all of the fun is gone.

[b]So for all lazy contributors:
If you are too lazy to insert every single disc into your drive, be so kind and stop contributing! Correcting wrong profiles most times costs much more time than creating new ones![/b]

And for all the ones who own the whole Box-Set:
You can keep the profiles for each season (and might have to wait until their corrected and enhanced contributions are released) but you might have to delete each and every single child-/disc-profile for them (as all of them are wrongly connected to the seasons) and might have to wait until the (now correct) contributions of the discs are released. If you don't know how to do it the easy way: Just flag all the seasons profiles, and then use "Collection -> Flagged -> Check for child profiles". As soon as the correct ones are released, you can download them.

The alternative version was only neccessary for disc #1 of each season (as they are used), but all other discs were free
