| Posted: | | | | I recently downloaded my collection to a new computer. For some reason, some of my box sets and titles that have multiple films in them aren't compressed into one title any more. Where as normally there would be a tiny + at the top of the title to see the contents of that title, now there isn't one. For example, the new friday the 13th blu ray set is now appearing as each individual film, not the box set and the option to expand to see the titles contained within that set. When I delete one of these items from my collection and re add it to my database, it appears as it should be. Anyone know why this has happened? Or a fix to it? |

Above the titles list on the upper right corner there is a dropdown menu and the last item is the "Nest bo set" option.

After you validate DJ's suggestion, what comes to mind is that the either the parent profile property has been deleted from the children, or more likely - check that the children (or) parent have been accidentally moved to a different collection (I think that could cause the problem, not sure). | | | Thanks for your support. If you pulled your collection down from the online servers try restoring your database from a local backup instead. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection | | | Last edited: by Lowpro |

Not long after that my old laptop crashed. I don't have access to the backup file on it any longer. I had to download my collection from the online database to my new computer. I kinda new to this program so I don't know all the features it has yet. |

| Posted: | | | | OK, then you need to double-click on the parent profile, go to the "box-set contents" tab and re-assign the child profiles to each parent | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
