No, they would MAKE you contribute!!  Here we contribute because we want to, if you don't want to, then don't.  BTW what would you contribute? your FREE DVDs?

If the company has any sense, they should get more features that people really want and keep the software free but keep the features at price.. Somebody in marketing didn't do their job or this company is REALLY inept.

You mean like Microsoft, Adobe, Pinnacle, Macromedia and all those other companies that give you there software for free?  Somebody is inept and I think we know who it is!!!!  You must have some great software if it's all free.  Or is it just you don't pay the shareware fees?

If you use your credit card with PayPal then you should be looking for a phone # at PayPal.  If I buy from Amazon.com and have a problem, it is between me, Amazon.com and my credit card company.  I don't look for a phone # for Panasonic just because I bought a Panasonic product!

I feel so bad for you.

Communism? Sounds like the best of Capitalism to me!!! Make a product, charge for it, make money. Ken and Gerri's only problem is they aren't making enough money off the program so they can take baths in the profits.

They do accept credit cards via PayPal and the responsibility of ANY company is to put a phone number on it's site to speak with someone, otherwise chargebacks may occur, the only way to get in touch with anybody on this site is to post a message on this board, not guaranteeing it will be read by anybody with corporate responsibility or accountability. So, as far is it goes, you should have contact information on your site, otherwise the V/MC reps can chew you up and spit you out and they don't like merchants they like issuers..

Actually, that would be Capitalism not Communism.
I do not know of any business that gives you something for nothing, invelos does - complete use of this software for up to 50 profiles. A lot of time, knowledge and expertise went into the development of this software – a small one time fee allows complete access to all features. This fee also includes a LIFETIME of upgrades!!! This is an unbelievable bargain for the use of this fabulous software. It is thorough, convenient, and easy to use. And, more importantly, it has saved me countless hours of time in organizing my DVD collection; time which is more precious than money.
I understand your disappointment with the changes in invelos, but your commentary is disrespectful and unacceptable. A “reasonable adult” does not present themselves or their opinions that way and makes me less sympathetic to you and your arguments. Many of comments you made were not based on facts and therefore make you look foolish.

It would seem they alread did this as the features you really want require you to pay.

Um, sorry, but no.  I accept credit cards via PayPal and the only people I have to provide my contact information to is PayPal.  If you have a dispute, PayPal handles it for you.  Also, if you had acted like a responsible adult, you would have seen that all you have to do is send a PM to the owner and developer of the software...which is the same person who owned and developed the version at Intervocative.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.

Why the fark would someone limit the software that they bought out. My collection of hundreds of DVD's , Blu-ray, HD-DVD's has now become limited to a collection of 50 with this farking software! FARK YOU!

You can't be this poor. It's $30 man...seriously...I would be embarrased to admit to anyone I couldn't afford this. Have some pride already. Get a job son....or go panhandle, from what I hear you can make $30 pretty quick.

And by the way moron there is a contacts page..if you look in the menu at the top there is something called Support. You should have used it.

THIS SOFTWARE IS REALLY A BIG A-HOLE-RIPOFF !!!1111

I was a free user for years now and NEVER GOT ONE LOUSY BIRTHDAY PRESENT!!!!!
And I contributed at least TWO profiles in this time.  And both were declined by some fraking a-hole. But now I told my mother about it and got a LAWYER who will sue you ALL. Everyone who makes fun of people like me having PROBLEMS with this LOUSY program!!!

Now I go and use ALL THE PROGRAMS OUT THERE, WHICH ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS PIECE OF TRASH.

Sorry, couldn't resist...
But I'm very happy that he will now be terrorizing another community and we can enjoy "The greatest DVD Profiler ever" in peace again.
