Canada does sometimes. I've even seen people confused enough to write 14:00 PM ..... Speaking of which; I would like to have an option to change that to the 24 Hour Clock in the forum.

Personally I prefer it and although I can't speak for everyone else, I do seem to notice digital clocks set to 12h format rather than 24. | | | Jon "When Mister Safety Catch Is Not On, Mister Crossbow Is Not Your Friend."

cya, Mithi That's a bit unfair because one does usually know whether it's 4 in the morning or in the afternoon. I've never seen an analog watch with an 24 hour display | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

I've never seen an analog watch with an 24 hour display Here you goAnyway, 24 hour format sucks because you still need to know 12 hour format (for the typical analog clock and casual talking). 12 hour format sucks because it adds the am/pm stupidity to a simple numbering of the hour and due the the "what is midnight, what is noon" mess. Why fight over which one sucks the least? Down with 12 hour time format. Down with 24 hour time format. 10 hours a day, 100 minuts an hour, 100 seconds per minute, and I want it right now this second (however long that is). | | | Regards Lars |

I've never seen an analog watch with an 24 hour display You find them all over the place on US Navy bases and vessels. I've also seen wristwatches with 24 hour dials. | | | John
