| Posted: | | | | I voted no - mostly because I needed a more proper choice in the style of "NO, I am not interested in an iPhone 3G!" It is beyond me why people want a phone that is so buggy, and even for a price that could get them 3-4 better phones... | | | The future is here. It's just not widely distributed yet. You're right, your definately are a noob in setting up polls . A word of advice: Never, but NEVER include a NO option when attempting to guage or garner support for an unsupported platform because anyone that does not own or intend to own the device will vote no. Most of these users will vote this way because they feel that the program developer's programming time will be better spent in upgrading the version currently available rather than spending that time on something they have absolutly no invested interest in . | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I'd love to get DVD profiler for the iphone. I started off with a palm, and was thinking of going to a pocket pc just so I'd have my dvd information, but when I got my ipod touch, I was blown away by just good of an organizer it is. and these things are NOT buggy. I use mine all day every day and it has a minor crash once a month or so. Can't say THAT for anything running any of the windows platforms. I've just checked out the App store preview and seen what is available, and there is already a dvd library app for the iphone and itouch, and if I have to switch my main program to use it, I will. Portability is everything for me, and the iphone is THE ultimate in portable right now. | | | ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• The Single Minded Schizophrenic. My apologies to the rest of the world. Fortunately the rest of the world does not have to use AT&T with their iPhones. Unfortunately, those of us in Canada have to use Rogers. But other countries have VERY good plans and providers that can be used with the iPhone. The iPhone is the way to go, everything else is just a toy by comparison. | | | ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• The Single Minded Schizophrenic. | Posted: | | | | While it might be hard to get the DVD list to sync to the iPhone, you can still use the online feature. What would be useful though is a mobile optimized online list. | | | ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• The Single Minded Schizophrenic. Here in Denmark, Apple has been criticized for choosing TeliaSonera as the sole provider of the phone in Denmark, based on the fact that TeliaSonera has the worst 3g-coverage of all the danish mobile carriers, TeliaSonera has twice as many complaints against them than any other danish carrier (relative to the number of costumers) - as an example, about five years ago, they actually managed to send out four bills to a man that at the time had been dead for 27 years - long before TeliaSonera even operated in Denmark! To top it of, the only plan available when buying the iPhone with TeliaSonera only includes 300MB data per month, exceeding that, the price is 10 DKK (2,12 USD) per MB... What is a toy it the maneer than Apple is unable to distribute its new firmware and mobileme... We can say what we want about Microsoft but they had never issue when they release a SP with their servers... | | | Regards Cyrille | | | Last edited: by Cyrille |

I have seen that with the webcam of the mac book and mac book pro with the software Delicious Library but never seen that for the iPhone but maybe it's exist. I don't check the info about iPhone as I have an iPod Touch and an HTC for my pdaphone. With my HTC I have a software that take a photo of a visit card and create a new contact with info he has found... but the result isn't always very good... Generally it's quicker to create manually the contact So I don't know if it could be enough to find the UPC from a picture of the barcode... | | | Regards Cyrille |
